DCPA Lexus Broadway Series

A friend and I attended the unveiling of the Lexus Broadway Series yesterday at Booker T. high. Several gentlemen from Lexus were there to receive kind words from Mark Nerenhausen, President/CEO of DCPA, and a big round of applause for their hard work.

The inaugural season is going to be great! We were even treated to a song from Spring Awakening by two wonderful, young performers.

The inaugural season tickets are on sale now for: August:Osage County, Avenue Q, South Pacific, and Spring Awakening. It's going to be a great season of music and theater. See you there!

March is Busy

If you haven't noticed, things are hopping down at One Arts. We have a lot of events going on to welcome in the spring season. Tonight Richmond Punch will be performing from 7 to 9pm. Then Friday we have the Josh Goode band, and Saturday the Paul Harrington Quartet.

Thursdays in March offer you the chance to see performers from the Dallas Black Dance Theatre. If you haven't yet seen these young men and women perform, you are really in for a treat.

Keep up with all of our events by using our calendar.

Hope to see you out there!

Tasting Tuesdays

I have no problem paying $100 for a bottle of single-malt Scotch, but I don't polish it off over dinner and conversation. But what about wine? With today's economy, a lot of us can't afford to drop $50-60 on a bottle of red. So, what's the best way to discover good, affordable wines?

Well here's the solution: Tuesday nights from 5:30 to 8:30pm, Dali will feature six special wines that retail for under $20. These are Paul Pinnell-approved "Gem Wines" You can come in and have a free taste of any wine, or taste all five for $10.

Resource One, Finance Seminar at OAP
